Southeast Asia's first Trump Tower in Makati nearly sold out
MANILA - The developer of the ultra-luxury Trump Tower has nearly sold out the project in Makati City.
In a statement, Century Properties Group Inc said it has pre-sold 94 percent of Trump Tower's units two years ahead of the project’s completion.
Trump Tower has over 250 units worth a combined P6.13-billion, making this one of the most expensive projects in the country.
A first in Southeast Asia, Trump Tower is rising at Century City, the integrated center of premium residences, office, retail and commercial high rises in the financial district. The building’s construction has reached the 27th floor of construction as of early January.
Unit sizes range from 60 square meters for a suite to over 400 square meters for a penthouse. These come with the finest fixtures and finishes, including five-fixture master baths with his and hers sinks, four-fixture guest baths, and separate dressing area or walk-in closet. Residents will be serviced with a world-class concierge team.
Trump Tower has a grand lobby and amenity floors with a fine dining restaurant, as well as a library, business center, lounge and theater. The tower’s upper floors will offer spectacular views of Makati while residents enjoy the spa, fitness center and yoga studio, as well as the juice bar, sun deck and lap pool overlooking the 29th and 30th floors.
"We would like to congratulate our great partners, Century Properties Group, on this very exciting accomplishment. Together, we have done something very special and this fantastic property will set the standard of luxury and quality in the Philippines and beyond,” said Donald J. Trump, chairman and president of the Trump Organization.
Century Properties chairman Jose E.B. Antonio said the project is the company's "contribution to making Metro Manila an international destination."
"We are overwhelmed by the response from the market to the Trump Brand and are grateful, as this now affords the city one of the most luxurious buildings in the world, comparable to the city centers of New York, Hong Kong and Singapore,” the former ambassador said.
Trump Tower was officially launched in mid-2012 and marked by the visit in Manila of Trump Organization executives and brothers Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. The tower is owned and developed by Century Properties under its subsidiary Century City Development Corp.
